Your site sends email. Does anyone get it?

Out of the box, WordPress hands its mail to your web server with nothing to prove it came from your domain. Gmail and Outlook notice. Then the little emails that keep your site running start going missing.

  • The password reset that never showed up.

    Never arrived
  • The new lead sitting in your spam folder.

    Spam
  • The order receipt your customer keeps asking about.

    Still waiting
  • And you, wondering: did that email even send?

    No idea

Three steps. Then relax.

  1. First, connect your site.

The SendWP plugin routes the email WordPress already sends. No SMTP settings, no code, nothing for your other plugins to change.

  2. Then, prove it’s really you.

We give you the exact DNS records to add and check them for you. Your emails go out signed by your own domain.

  3. From then on, every send is tracked.

Each email gets a status and a timeline: sent, bounced, failed or marked as spam. No more guessing.

Every WordPress email, accounted for.

Pick an email your site sends and follow it from WordPress out the door.

  3. 11:24:31 AM Bounced: that mailbox doesn’t exist
  • Sent from your domain

Emails are signed for your own domain with DKIM, and your SPF and DMARC records are checked too, so inbox providers can see the mail is really from you.

  • Every email, not just some

Resets, form alerts, receipts, new-user and comment notices: anything WordPress sends goes the same reliable way.

  • Proof, not guesswork

Each email keeps its status and timeline, so “did it send?” has an answer.

  • Hiccups handled

Your site hands each email to SendWP, which queues it and sends it. If a send attempt doesn’t go through, it’s tried again before the email is marked failed.

  • Bounces and complaints in view

Bounced emails and spam complaints show up in your log, so you can see which addresses to fix or stop sending to.

  • Help when you need it

Stuck on a DNS record or a missing email? Write to the SendWP team and get a clear answer about your site’s email.

Serious plumbing. Friendly help.

SendWP is built and run by the team that has been fixing WordPress email for years. Your questions go to the team that runs it.

Every email, logged.

Each email keeps its status, from pending to sent, bounced, failed or blocked, so “did it send?” always has an answer.

Bad addresses, blocked.

Add an address or a whole domain to your block list and SendWP stops sending to it.

Signed as you.

Authenticated sending from your own domain, with the records spelled out for you and checked again.

Frequently asked questions

Something else on your mind? Ask us.

Will it work with my forms and my store?

If a plugin sends through WordPress’s own mail function, the SendWP plugin routes it: contact form alerts, WooCommerce order emails, membership and LMS notices, password resets and new-user emails. No SMTP settings to fill in.

Do I need to understand DNS?

No. We give you the exact records to add, copy-ready: a DKIM record and an SPF record, plus a recommended DMARC record. DNS changes can take a little while to take effect, and we check them for you.

What happens when an email can’t be sent?

A send attempt that doesn’t go through is tried again before the email is marked failed. Your log shows every bounce and failure with its reason, spam complaints are flagged, and your block list stops sending to any address or domain you choose.

Does “sent” mean it reached the inbox?

It means SendWP sent the email out; if the receiving server turns it away, your log shows it as bounced. No sender can see which folder a message lands in, but an authenticated domain gives your email the best chance of reaching the inbox.

Who runs SendWP?

The SendWP team builds and runs the service your site’s email goes through, so your questions go to the team that runs it.

How much does it cost?

Plans start at $9 a month for 1,000 emails, and your first month on a monthly plan is $1. Premium is $19 a month for 10,000 emails and Pro is $39 for unlimited email, or pay yearly and save. No hidden fees.
