Coming soon · For SaaS platforms

Email for the product you host.

Your customers expect their receipts, invites and alerts to arrive. Soon SendWP can be the transactional email platform behind your SaaS, so your customers’ email just works and your team keeps building your product.

Email isn’t your product.

But the moment your customers send from their own domains, it becomes your problem. Building email infrastructure for them is a distraction from the thing they pay you for.

  • DNS for every customer.Walking each one through DKIM, SPF and DMARC records, then answering the tickets when a record is wrong.
  • Bounces and complaints.Keeping bad addresses from dragging down the reputation every customer shares.
  • “Did my email send?”Digging through logs to find out what happened to one message, for one customer, last Tuesday.

What’s coming.

We’re building SendWP’s platform offer now. Here’s what it’s designed to do. Coming soon

  • Send from a single domain

Start by sending every customer’s email from your own authenticated domain, with nothing for your customers to set up.

  • Custom domains by API

Set up each customer’s own sending domain from your app. They authenticate it without ever leaving your product.

  • Wholesale pricing

Pricing built for platforms that send on behalf of many customers, not one site at a time.

  • Delivery logs and events

The plan is a record of what happened to every email, so you can answer “did it send?” in seconds.

  • Retries and suppression

The plan is for temporary failures to be tried again, and for addresses that bounce or complain to be held back automatically.

  • Domain authentication

DKIM signing, with SPF and DMARC spelled out and checked, carried over from the SendWP you can use today.

How it would work.

  1. Connect your app.

Point your product’s transactional email at SendWP and start sending from your own domain.

  2. Add your customers’ domains.

When a customer wants to send as themselves, your app sets up their domain with us and shows them the records to add.

  3. Their email just works.

Every customer’s email is signed, retried and tracked, and you see what happened to each one.

Something else on your mind? Ask us.

When is it available?

It’s coming soon. We’re not giving a date yet. Join early access and you’ll be among the first to hear when it’s ready, and to try it.

What does early access mean?

Tell us about your product and the email it sends. We’ll keep you posted as the platform offer takes shape, and invite you to try it before it opens to everyone.

How much will it cost?

Platforms will get wholesale pricing. We’re not publishing prices yet; tell us about your volume and your customers when you sign up for early access.

Is this for marketing email?

No. SendWP is for transactional email: the receipts, resets, invites and notifications people expect. We don’t support bulk or cold email.

I run a WordPress site. Is this for me?

You can use SendWP today. Install the plugin and your site’s email goes out from your own authenticated domain. This page is about the platform offer for hosted products.
