SendWP exists for one reason: the emails your WordPress site sends should actually reach people. We built and run SendWP to make that happen.
WordPress email, made simple.
Every WordPress site sends email that matters. Password resets. Order receipts. Form notifications. Donation thank-yous. When one goes missing, a customer is locked out, a sale goes unconfirmed or a lead goes cold, and you usually don’t find out until someone complains.
SendWP started as the easy answer to that: a plugin you install, a button that says Connect, and from then on every email your site sends goes through SendWP. No SMTP settings to copy, no second service to configure, nothing for your other plugins to change.
That idea hasn’t changed. What’s grown is everything behind it: domain authentication done with you, a log of every email your site sends, a 30-day overview of how your email is doing, and a team to write to when something looks wrong.

If you don’t have a log of the emails you send, did you ever really send them? Every email gets a status and a timeline, so “did it go out?” has an answer.
Each email is queued and sent for you, and tried again if a send attempt doesn’t go through. Bounces and spam complaints show up in your log. Your domain’s DNS records are spelled out and checked.
When something’s wrong, write to us and get a clear answer about your site’s email, not a forum thread to wait on.
